I’m Charlotte, thanks so much for visiting my page.
I hope that you have found what you are looking for and discovered much more in the process too. Since childhood I have had an enduring love of exercise, being outdoors and developing skills in sport by listening and watching others. As time has passed, the more I have learnt, practised and fine-tuned skills in a variety of different sports and movements, the more I fall in love with sport and exercise.
I have also learnt much from my own personal journey, having put on a lot of weight whilst at university discovering alcohol...
...I got to a point when I knew I had to make a change. So I embarked on my journey to shift my mindset and make sustainable changes. After months of difficult lessons, consistent changes and re-evaluation I rekindled my love for exercise, regained control and slimmed down. Over the last 10 years in the industry working with many Clients, Scientists, Physios, Coaches, Industry Leaders and Nutritionists, I have learnt so much and continue to learn more about the incredible human body and help hundreds of people.
Most of my time nowadays is spent coaching and educating others how to look and FEEL better, achieve goals they never thought were possible and create sustainable habit changes that will set them up for life through my 12 Week Transformation Programme both online and face-face, Sustain Programme and Personal Training Sessions. I also spend some time public speaking to help create positive change in mindset, enjoyment in sport and nutrition in local schools and within local communities. I also run a retreat; Hunt Fitness Abroad in Menorca, Spain where clients immerse themselves in fitness and training sessions to push themselves to achieve their potential, work on mindset and explore mindfulness and empower each other to be the best they can be...oh and relax a bit too!
I do all this whilst trying to put out as much valuable information as I can through my Facebook page and Instagram page and keeping myself in the best shape I can be too! (You’ve got to walk the talk!)

A huge thing for me is being able to work out hard, achieve challenges I set myself, really enjoy my training sessions and then go home to eat a super tasty meal with a glass of wine and a slab of dark chocolate (preferably Hotel Chocolat!) So that is what I teach! I want you to feel 100% confident, happy in yourself and your lifestyle and enjoy the things that really matter to you.
