Towards the end of 2016, I received an email introducing Charlotte a new Personal Trainer to me. At that time I was overweight, unfit, unhealthy, had high blood pressure for which I had been prescribed medication my mindset and motivation was extremely low, I knew I definitely had to make a lifestyle change. So I replied to the email and arranged to meet Charlotte and in January last year started on the 12 week transformation. I also set myself a challenge to enter the Swanbourne Endeavour in October, which I completed along with a High Ropes and a Colour Rush challenge both of which Charlotte accompanied and supported me on.

Charlotte’s sessions are never the same, always lots of fun, sweat, banter, and laughter which helps make the session easier!

-        5kg lost
-        Dropped 4% body fat
-        4 inches off waist
-        5.5 inches off hips
-        2 inches off legs

After my 12 weeks I had achieved fantastic results as above. I have continued my journey with Charlotte and my measurements have continued to come down, sometimes I go off the rails a little bit but I know Charlotte is just a text away and she soon gets me back on track.

Charlotte is a lovely genuine young lady she is dedicated to her work and clients. She is an inspiration, will listen to what you want to achieve, will help, support, motivate and will be there for you 24/7 to ensure you get results. Her knowledge and compassion to help others achieve results is amazing. 

I now have a fabulous group of friends which I train with we have entered various group challenges during the year. 

Charlotte is now a good friend. The best decision I made was to invest in myself and join the Hunt Fitness Family. I no longer take medication for high blood pressure, enjoy training, feel more confident and 100% fitter.
